Postpartum Snack Recipe: Energy Bites
It’s snack time! 👏🏼 Are you recently postpartum and hungry all the time? I’ve been there. After making these protein balls for a client they have become my go to because they are super easy to whip up AND super delicious day or night!
No-Bake Energy Bites
• 3 scoops protein powder (I used chocolate kos plant protein powder)
• 2 cups oats
• 3/4 cup honey
• 3/4 cup nut butter
• 1/4 cup flax
• 1 tbsp coconut oil
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
• 1 tsp vanilla
Mix it all together and ball ‘em up! You can even pop some in the freezer to enjoy later.
