8 visits throughout the fourth trimester
— Our first visit will typically be between days 3-5 after birth.
From there we will schedule our following visits together.— Suggested 2 visits per week for 2 weeks, then 1 visit per week for 4 weeks (approximately 24 hours)

For those who have already given birth and wish to add support to their postpartum experience, this package is a flexible amount of hours to provide support as needed within the fourth trimester.
Must be used within 3 months of birth.

Booked during the end of second or third trimester
Topics include: the theory of matrescence and how it affects you, understanding biological baby sleep, the importance of rest, postpartum recovery, postpartum nourishment, creating your nest, mental health and coping skills planning
