Bridging the gap between pregnancy, birth and the postpartum period

I offer in-home prenatal consultations to help you prepare for the postpartum period, followed by hands-on, in-home support for you and your family once your baby arrives.

Postpartum support begins before birth with
our prenatal in-home consultation.

Then, all clients must book two (2) postpartum visits within the first two weeks after giving birth to make the most of my services and experience.

Prenatal in-home consultation

Typically, during the end of the second trimester or beginning of the third trimester, we will set up a time for me to stop by, see your space, meet your furry friends, and answer any and all questions you have regarding the fourth trimester! During this visit we will also go over essential postpartum principles and I will leave you with things for you and your partner to think through before the baby arrives and leave you with a handbook that has all my best resources.

We will touch on:

  • the best set up for mama/baby postpartum

  • what is really going on with your body—understanding birth recovery

  • how you’re planning to feed baby and realistic expectations around that

  • realistic sleep expectations for the whole family

  • your mental health history

  • parental leave

  • meal trains! as well as food for a healthy start

  • setting boundaries with friends & family

  • what to expect from me during your visits

  • any questions or concerns you are having about life once baby arrives

The best way to thrive during your fourth trimester is to be prepared!
