You just had a baby and now your life is a constant revolving door of diapers, burp cloths, and milk stained clothes.


While it is easy to put your relationship with your partner on the back burner, it’s important not to.

You AND your partner are going through a big change, together. Here are some easy ways to reconnect:

+ have a date night in! Put on your favorite movie or show and enjoy it together.

+ bring some bread and cheese out to your back porch! If it’s winter, whip up some hot cocoa and sit together on the couch sipping it

+ each share your own version of baby’s birth story. You’ll be surprised who remembers what and it’ll help you both process what happened
